整形外科专科医师培养体系建立:北京大学第三医院成形外科专培考核指标研究初探

Establishment of training system for specialist of plastic surgery:A preliminary study on assessment indicators of Peking University Health Science Center

整形外科作为外科体系中的重要科室,近年来取得了飞速发展。建立整形外科专科医师规范化培训体系成为中国整形外科教育中急需探索和解决的问题。笔者介绍了北京大学医学部在整形外科专科医师培养体系建立所做的初步探索与研究成果。结合中国整形外科培训现状与美国整形外科的培养体系,从培训内容和考核指标两个方面对整形外科专科医师的规范化培训体系进行探索。为2022年在全国范围内初步建立整形外科专科医师规范化培训制度,形成整形外科完整的毕业后医学教育制度打下基础。

As an important department in the surgical system,plastic surgery has achieved rapid development in recent years.Establishing a standardized training system for plastic surgeons has become an urgent problem to be explored and solved in plastic surgery education in China.This paper introduces the preliminary exploration and research results of Peking University Health Science Center in the establishment of orthopaedic specialist training system.Based on the present situation of plastic surgery training in China and the training system of plastic surgery in the United States,the standardized training system of plastic surgery specialists was explored from the aspects of training content and assessment indicators.It will lay a foundation for establishing a standardized training system for plastic surgery specialists nationwide in 2022 and forming a complete post-graduation medical education system for plastic surgery.
