中药治疗高血压的分子机制研究进展

Progress in Molecular Mechanism of Chinese Medication in Treatment of Hypertension

原发性高血压是临床中常见的疾病,西医治疗高血压方面以血管紧张素酶转化抑制剂、钙离子通道阻滞剂、β-受体阻滞剂、肾髓袢利尿剂等为主导。相较西药,中药具有多途径、多靶点综合干预的优势,同时安全性高。本文根据近年来的文献报道,对部分中药治疗高血压的分子机制进行梳理,希望能为临床及科研提供参考。

Primary hypertension is a common disease in clinic.Western medicine treats hypertension with angiotensin conversion enzyme inhibitors,calcium channel blockers,β-receptor blocker and renal loop diuretics.Compared with western medication,Chinese medication has the advantages in multi-channel and multi-target comprehensive intervention,and has a high safety.According to the literature reports in recent years,this study combed the molecular mechanism of some Chinese medications in the treatment of hypertension,hoping to provide reference for clinical and scientific research of the disease.
