白术抗衰老作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-Aging Mechanism of Atractylodes Macrocephala

通过查阅国内外研究白术的最新文献,深入分析白术抗衰老的作用机理及现实应用,探讨关于白术延缓衰老的研究进展。本文针对白术抗衰老的作用机理,从多方面加以概括总结,进而确定了白术发挥疗效的物质基础,并指出其可通过增强记忆力、免疫调节作用、抗氧化活性、促进物质代谢和改善皮肤营养而实现其抗老化的功能,并为白术在延缓老化方向的应用及药物的研究发展奠定理论基础。

By reviewing the latest literature on Atractylodes macrocephala at home and abroad,this study analyzed the anti-aging mechanism and practical application of Atractylodes macrocephala,and discussed the research progress of Atractylodes macrocephala on delaying aging.This study summarized the anti-aging mechanism of Atractylodes macrocephala from many aspects,and determined the material basis for the efficacy of the herb.It was pointed out that Atractylodes macrocephala could achieve its anti-aging function by enhancing memory,immune regulation and antioxidant activity,promoting material metabolism and improving skin nutrition.It also lays a theoretical foundation for the application and the research development of Atractylodes macrocephala in delaying aging.
