绍兴地区男性不育患者精液质量分析

Analysis of semen quality in male infertility patients in Shaoxing area

目的 分析绍兴地区男性不育患者精液质量。方法 选择2020年在本院就诊的167例男性不育者及214例健康查体者,比较两组间精液常规参数的差异性。结果 两组在年龄、禁欲天数、精液量、精液液化时间及液化状态间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对两组(共381例)的精液量和禁欲时间进行相关性分析,相关系数r=0.18,存在正相关,即随着禁欲时间的延长,精液量随之增加;不育组中精子密度、精子活力、精子活率均显著低于健康查体组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中不育组a级精子数下降最为明显。结论 2020年绍兴地区不育男性精液质量以精子密度、精子活力和精子活率减低为主,其中a级精子数减少最为明显,而与年龄、禁欲时间、精液量无关。不良的生活方式、不健康的生活习惯以及环境质量下降等可影响精液质量。

Objective To analyze the semen quality in male infertility patients in Shaoxing area. Methods Choosed 167 male infertile patients and 214 healthy subjects were enrolled in our hospital in 2020, and compared the difference of semen routine parameters between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in age, abstinence days, semen volume, semen liquefaction time and liquefaction state between the two groups(P>0.05). Correlation analysis was conducted between semen volume and abstinence time of the two groups(a total of 381 cases), correlation coefficient r=0.18, indicating a positive correlation. As the amount of semen increases with the prolongation of abstinence. The sperm density, sperm motility and sperm survival rate in infertility group were significantly lower than those in healthy examination group, with statistical significance(P<0.001). The number of a-grade sperm in the infertility group decreased obviously. Conclusion The main decrease of sperm quality of infertile men in Shaoxing is the decrease of sperm density, sperm motility and sperm survival rate in 2020. Bad lifestyle, unhealthy living habits and the decrease of environmental quality, may affect semen quality.
