活血滋肾方治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

Clinical study of Huoxue Zishen Prescription in treating endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

目的探讨活血滋肾方治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法选择肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者96例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组48例给予戈舍瑞林进行治疗,研究组48例在此基础上给予活血滋肾方进行治疗。比较2组临床效果、性激素水平、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率、妊娠情况。结果研究组总有效率为89.58%,高于对照组的72.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组以上指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于治疗前,且研究组以上指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的20.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后均随访6个月,研究组临床妊娠成功率为45.83%,高于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血滋肾方治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的疗效显著,能明显改善性激素和炎症因子水平,提高妊娠率,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Zishen Prescription in treating endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 96 patients with endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.A total of 48 patients in the control group were treated with goserelin,and 48 patients in the study group were treated with Huoxue Zishen Prescription on basis of the control group.The clinical effect,sex hormone level,inflammatory factor level,adverse reaction rate and pregnancy were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 89.58%,which was higher than 72.92% of the control group(P<0.05).The serum estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL-8),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule(sICAM-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.25%,which was lower than 20.83% in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups were followed up for 6 months after treatment,the clinical pregnancy success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(45.83%versus 25.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zishen Prescription has a significant therapeutic effect in treating endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can obviously improve the levels of sex hormone and inflammatory factors,increase pregnancy rate,and have fewer adverse reactions.
