At present,all the demographic data turn out that China is experiencing an unprecedented era of longevity.In fact,the change of population age structure and the extension of average life expectancy not only indicate that China has opened the era of longevity,but also jointly shape the new driving force of China's population and socio-economic development,which is also an important practical basis for the formation of the new concept of active aging.On one hand,since the beginning of the era of longevity,active aging has not only gradually become the consensus of the international community,but also been regarded as the core concept and foundation of national public policies on aging.On the other hand,as the organic combination of China's basic strategy to actively respond to the challenge of population aging and the crystallization of the great practical experience of China's aging work,the positive concept of aging in the Chinese context has a distinctive innovative concept.In this sense,the concept of active aging is undoubtedly the major change of the concept of the whole society to actively deal with population aging.The connotation of the concept of active aging is the generalization and refinement of how to think,what to do and how to do with population aging,which is also a major conceptual shift to actively respond to population aging in China.In the long-lived era of post-industrial society,the concept of active aging is now developing towards social justice and inter-generational equality.Of course,there is no doubt that practicing the concept of active aging in the age of longevity will face a triple challenge:structure,perspective and public.Therefore,practicing the concept of active aging urgently needs to build the advantageous position and overall framework of implementing the national strategy to actively respond to population aging in the age of longevity with institutional advantages,late development advantages and scale advantages,and finally China's power to actively respond to the national strategy of population aging will be demonstrated.
