煤矿井下运输巷道人员误入报警系统研究

摘要 为了解决煤矿井下机车即将运行到巷道口时通行人员误入危险区域而造成人员受伤问题,对煤矿井下运输巷道人员误入报警系统进行研究。实现了当系统检测到机车运行到巷道口有人员进入黄色警戒线时,声光报警器发出报警信号,对误入人员进行声光报警和语音提示,当人员进入危险区域时,拦截装置启动同时机车完成停机闭锁,以保证误入人员的人身安全,有效避免运输巷道人员误入而出现安全事故,提高了井下生产安全性,有效降低生产安全隐患。 In order to solve the problem of injury accident caused by someone entering the dangerous area by mistake when the underground locomotive is about to run to the entrance of the roadway,the alarm system for worker/workers entering the roadway by mistake in coal mine is researched.When the system detects that the locomotive is to run into the roadway entrance and there is someone is about to enter the yellow warning line,the sound and light alarm will send an alarm signal,and the sound and light alarm and voice alarm will be given.When someone is to enter the dangerous area,the intercepting device start at the same time.The locomotive is stopped and locked to ensure the safety of people who enter by mistake,which effectively avoid safety accidents caused by mistakenly entering the transport roadway,by so to improve the safety of underground production,and effectively reduce the hidden danger of production safety.
