科技创新、产业结构升级与经济高质量发展——以黄河流域为例的实证研究

Scientific and Technological Innovation,Industrial Structure Upgrading and High-quality Economic Development:An empirical study based on the Yellow River Basin

以2005—2020年黄河流域9个省区的数据为研究样本,分别测算经济高质量发展指数、科技创新能力、产业结构升级水平,检验产业结构升级、科技创新的独立效应及协同效应与黄河流域经济高质量发展的内在关系。结果显示:科技创新和产业结构升级,在独立效应方面均有助于推动黄河流域经济高质量发展,但其驱动作用较弱;在协同效应方面,二者的协同作用与黄河流域经济高质量发展显著正相关,同时表现出“1+1>2”的效果。基于此提出相关建议。

Taking the data of 9 provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2005 to 2020 as the research sample,the high-quality economic development index、scientific and technological innovation ability、upgrading level of industrial structure of the Yellow River Basin are calculated,and the internal relationship between the upgrading of industrial structure,the independent and synergistic effects of scientific and technological innovation and the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin is tested.The results show that scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading will help to promote the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin in terms of independent effects,but its driving effect is weak.In terms of synergy,there is a significant positive correlation between the synergy of the two and the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin,at the same time,it shows the effect of“1+1>2”.Thus,It is proposed to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation in order to boost the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin,optimize the industrial structure,relying on the synergy of scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.
