摘要 高校在践行教育理念改革中,教师持续发展受快速变化外部环境制约的问题逐步呈现。为此,从动态性、开拓性、螺旋性三大特征出发,将“动态能力”理论引入到高校教师发展的管理机制中,将动态能力作用于教师持续成长模型的构建,对教师潜在能力进行唤醒与修正,并最终将其转换为新的核心能力。该机制能够在多元化、动态化的资源平台环境下,取得教师内驱力长久发展的成效,并可为今后产学研深度融合背景下本科高校持续培育骨干教师提供一定的参考。 University in carries out the education idea reform,the teacher sustainable development is constrained by the fast change external environment,which appears gradually.Therefore,the three characteristics of dynamic,pioneering and spiral,the theory of“Dynamic Capability”is introduced into the management mechanism of teacher development in colleges and universities,dynamic competence is applied to the construction of teachers‘continuous growth model,through the awakening and revision of teachers’potential competence,and finally it is transformed into a new core competence.This mechanism can achieve the effect of long-term development of teachers’internal drive under the environment of diversified and dynamic resource platform;it can also provide some reference for the further cultivation of key teachers in universities under the background of integration of industry,university and research.
