基于DPSIR-TOPSIS的装配式建筑产业生态品质评价——以湖南省为例 被引量:2

摘要 装配式建筑产业生态品质是了解装配式建筑发展水平的关键,在装配式建筑可持续发展中具有重要作用。基于DPSIR模型选取27个指标构成评价体系,以湖南省为研究对象,采用结构熵权法、TOPSIS模型进行评价,建立湖南省装配式建筑产业生态品质评价体系,并利用障碍度模型诊断影响其生态品质的主要障碍因子。结果显示:2016—2020年湖南省装配式建筑产业生态品质的发展状态呈现“Z”形上升趋势;从子系统来看,状态子系统和响应子系统波动最大,至2020年达到最高;从障碍度来看,省级装配式产业基地数量、建筑业R&D经费支出、节能环保支出和建筑业能源消费总量是主要的障碍因子。 The ecological quality of prefabricated building industry is the key to understand the development level of prefabricated building,and plays an important role in the sustainable development of prefabricated building.Based on the DPSIR model,27 indexes are selected to form the evaluation system.Taking Hunan Province as the research object,the structural entropy weight method and TOPSIS model are used to evaluate,the ecological quality evaluation system of Hunan prefabricated construction industry is established,and the obstacle degree model is used to diagnose the main obstacle factors affecting its ecological quality.The results show that from 2016 to 2020,the ecological quality of prefabricated construction industry in Hunan Province show a“Z-shaped”upward trend;In terms of subsystems,the state subsystem and response subsystem fluctuated the most,and reached the highest in 2020;from the perspective of obstacle degree,the number of provincial assembly industrial bases,R&D expenditure of construction industry,energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure and total energy consumption of construction industry were the main obstacle factors.
