水基植物胶压裂液用交联剂的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 不同类型的油藏适用不同性能的压裂液,以胍胶为主要增稠剂的水基植物胶压裂液的性能主要取决于交联剂的类型。介绍了近年来面向不同油藏开发的水基植物胶压裂液用交联剂,比如适用于低渗储层的低伤害纳米交联剂、适用于深部储层的耐高温交联剂和适用于海上油田的耐高矿化度交联剂。重点阐述了三种类型交联剂的制备方法、性能评价和交联机理,并在此基础上阐明了未来水基植物胶压裂液用交联剂的发展方向。 Different types of reservoirs are suitable for fracturing fluids with different properties.The performance of water-based plant glue fracturing fluids with guanidine gum as the main thickener mainly depends on the type of crosslinking agent.The crosslinking agents for water-based plant glue fracturing fluid used in different reservoirs in recent years are introduced,such as nano crosslinking agent with low damage for low permeability reservoir,high temperature resistant crosslinking agent for deep reservoir and high salinity resistant crosslinking agent for offshore oilfield.The preparation method,performance evaluation and cross-linking mechanism of three types of crosslinking agents are emphatically described,and the development direction of crosslinking agents for water-based plant glue fracturing fluid in the future is clarified.
