苏里格气田处理厂丙烷制冷系统节能运行探讨 被引量:1

摘要 依据苏里格气田天然气处理厂丙烷制冷系统的运行特点及工作原理,分析丙烷压缩机组运行能耗的影响因素及能耗降低的措施,根据制冷量负荷需求控制丙烷压缩机组吸、排气压力、蒸发器液位等参数,同时对比节能运行模式前后能耗数据,总结出适用于苏里格气田天然气处理厂所适用的丙烷压缩机组经济运行模式:(1)丙烷压缩机组吸气压力控制不小于140 kPa,排气压力控制在923~988 kPa,丙烷蒸发器丙烷储量液位控制在50%~70%,此种运行模式较为经济节能。(2)在夏季运行过程中,应考虑采用软化水作为循环冷却水,并在使用前及时对其进行清洗,有效去除表面污垢,可提高冷却效果,以达到节能降耗的目的。同时丙烷制冷系统节能降耗潜能仍十分巨大,如不考虑成本问题,通过其他措施调整丙烷电机运行负荷,可在一定程度上达到节能降耗的目的。 According to the operation characteristics and working principle of the propane refrigeration system of the natural gas processing plant in Sulige gasfield,the influencing factors of the propane compressor unit's operating energy consumption and the measures to reduce energy consumption are analyzed,and the suction and discharge pressures of the propane compressor unit are controlled according to the cooling capacity load demand.Evaporator liquid level and other parameters,and comparing the energy consumption data before and after the energy-saving operation mode,summed up the economical operation mode of the propane compressor unit applicable to the natural gas processing plant in the Sulige gasfield.(1)The suction pressure control of the propane compressor unit is not less than 140 kPa,the exhaust pressure is controlled at 923~988 kPa,and the propane storage level of the propane evaporator is controlled at 50%~70%.This operation mode is more economical and energy-saving.(2)During the operation in summer,demineralized water should be considered as the circulating cooling water,and it should be cleaned in time before use to effectively remove the surface dirt and improve the cooling effect.In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.At the same time,the energy saving and consumption reduction potential of the propane refrigeration system is still huge.If the cost is not considered,adjusting the operating load of the propane motor through other measures can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction to a certain extent.
