新鲜冷冻血浆联合冷沉淀输注对消化道急性大出血患者凝血功能的影响

Effect of fresh frozen plasma combined with cryoprecipitate infusion on coagulation function in patients with acute massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探讨新鲜冷冻血浆与冷沉淀联合输注方案对消化道急性大出血患者凝血功能的影响。方法:选取本院2019年3月至2021年12月期间收治的68例消化道急性大出血患者。按照治疗方案分为单一组(35例,新鲜冷冻血浆治疗)和联合组(33例,新鲜冷冻血浆联合冷沉淀)。一周后对比两组临床治疗效果、凝血功能以及不良反应。结果:与单一组比,联合组整体治疗效果较优(P<0.05),输注2 h后,联合组血清凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间下降,血清纤维蛋白原表达高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:新鲜冷冻血浆与冷沉淀联合治疗方案,能提高消化道急性大出血患者整体治疗效果,改善凝血功能,提升安全性。 Objective:To investigate the effect of fresh frozen plasma combined with cryoprecipitate infusion on coagulation function in patients with acute massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acute massive gastrointestinal admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into single group(35 cases,treated with fresh frozen plasma)and combined group(33 cases,fresh frozen plasma combined with cryoprecipitate).One week later,the clinical effect,coagulation function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the single group,the overall treatment effect of the combined group was better(P<0.05).After 2 h of infusion,the serum prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time of the combined group decreased,and the serum fibrinogen expression was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitate can improve the overall therapeutic effect,the coagulation function and enhance the safety of patients with acute massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
