加速康复外科理念结合心理评量技术在下肢恶性骨肿瘤合并骨折中的应用

Application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with psychological assessment technique in the treatment of lower extremity malignant bone tumor complicated with fracture

目的:分析加速康复外科理念结合心理评量技术在下肢恶性骨肿瘤合并骨折患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年12月~2021年6月期间天津市天津医院骨与软组织肿瘤科收治的68例手术治疗下肢恶性骨肿瘤合并骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施加速康复外科理念结合心理评量技术。分别以90项症状清单(Symptom check list-90,SCL-90)进行心理评估、以下肢功能评价表(Lower extremity functional scale,LEFS)进行下肢功能评估,并评估患者的护理依从性和对护理的满意率。结果:观察组护理后SCL-90各项分值较对照组更低(P<0.05),观察组护理后LEFS除肢体疼痛分值降低且低于对照组外,各项分值均升高且高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项护理依从评分、护理满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科理念结合心理评量技术用于恶性下肢骨肿瘤合并骨折患者中能改善患者心理状态,改善下肢功能,提高依从性和护理满意度,值得应用。

Objective:The paper analyzed value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with psychological evaluation in malignant lower limb bone tumor complicated with fracture.Methods:A total of 68 patients with lower extremity malignant bone tumor complicated with fracture treated in Tianjin Hospital of Bone and Soft Tissue Oncology from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,based on which the patients in the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with psychological assessment.Psychological evaluation was performed with 90 Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90),and lower extremity functional was performed with Lower Extremity Functional Scale.The nursing compliance and satisfaction rate of the patients were evaluated.Results:After nursing,the scores of SCL-90 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and LEFS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group except for limb pain(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing compliance scores and nursing satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:FTS combined with psychological evaluation in patients with malignant lower limb bone tumor complicated with fracture can improve patients'psychological state,lower limb function,compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
