摘要 新时代,农产品质量安全备受关注,对农产品重金属检测也提出更为严格的要求。科学技术日益发展,原子吸收光谱法逐渐运用于农产品重金属检测中。本研究重点分析原子吸收光谱法原理及运用要点,并以水稻、小麦、玉米铅含量检测为实践,以此来更好地指导检测工作。 In the new era, the quality and safety of agricultural products have attracted much attention, and more stringent requirements have been put forward for the detection of heavy metals in agricultural products. With the development of science and technology, atomic absorption spectrometry is gradually used in the detection of heavy metals in agricultural products. This study focuses on the analysis of the principle and application points of atomic absorption spectrometry, and takes the detection of lead content in rice, wheat and corn as practice to better guide the detection work.
