合肥高密度住区建筑布局对通风效能的影响研究

摘要 通过对合肥市中心区住区布局模式的归纳总结,提炼出8种典型模块,运用CFD软件进行风环境模拟,分析各模块夏、冬两季的风环境特征,探讨各模块风环境参数与布局形态因素的关联性。结果显示:在合肥地区相同气象条件下,8个模块的风环境状况有明显差异;开阔的进风口和导风空地是影响夏季通风的主要因素,迎风界面的连续性是影响冬季防风的关键因素;在不同季节中,天空开阔度是影响住区风环境的主要空间形态指标,提出可以利用天空开阔度作为住区规划中风环境控制的引导性指标。 Through the summary of the residential area layout mode of Hefei central district,a total of eight typical modules were extracted.By CFD ventilation simulation,this paper analyze the wind environmental characteristics in summer and winter,and explore the correlation between the wind environmental parameters and the layout factors.The result shows that:under the same environment conditions,the wind environment of the eight modules is obviously different in the same season;in summer,a wide inlet and an open space are the main factors which affect the ventilation,and the windward continuity is the critical factor which affect the windproof efficiency in winter;in different seasons,sky-view factor is an important morphological parameter which is relation to the wind environment,so putting forward the suggestion that sky-view factor can be used as the guiding indicators for wind environment control in residential planning.
