耕读教育背景下“湘村”建设人才培养模式探析

Exploration on the Talent Training Mode of “Xiang Village” Construction under the Background of Farming and Reading Education

我国属于农业大国,农村社会经济在我国社会经济体系中占有重要地位。党的十九大报告提出了坚持中国特色社会主义道路的发展方向,提出了乡村振兴战略。开展耕读教育具有重要的意义,不仅是“湘村”建设规划人才培养的现实需要,更是高校育人的责任担当。当前,耕读教育下“湘村”建设人才规划存在思想重视不够、耕读文化体系不完善、课程设计存在不足等问题。为此,需要挖掘耕读文化意义,提高思想认识;注重精准培养,构建“三位五阶”人才培养新模式;注重改革突破,构建课程建设新体系,注重实践育人,创建实践教学新体系;注重全面提升,优化培养评价体系,构建耕读文化育人新模式。

China is a large agricultural country,and rural social economy plays an important role in China’s social and economic system.In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,our Party puts forward the development direction of adhering to the road of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and the strategy of rural revitalization.Carrying out farming and reading education is of great significance.It is not only the practical needs of talent training in the construction planning of“Xiang Village”,and promoting the revitalization of rural culture,but also the responsibility of educating students in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the talent planning of“Xiang Village”construction under the cultivation and reading education,such as insufficient ideological attention,imperfect cultivation and reading cultural system,insufficient curriculum design and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to excavate the cultural significance of cultivation and reading and improve ideological understanding,pay attention to precise training and build a new talent training mode of“three talents and five ranks”,pay attention to reform and breakthrough,construct a new system of curriculum construction,pay attention to practical education,and create a new system of practical teaching,pay attention to comprehensive improvement and optimize the training evaluation system to build a new model of cultivation and reading culture and education.
