摘要
PBL(Problem-based Learning)教学是一种以问题为基础,以学生为中心、教师为引导,提倡学生自主学习的教学模式。方法主要是通过上海交通大学口腔医学专业40名学生作为研究对象,分别通过传统的教学模式和PBL教学模式来比较和研究PBL教学法在口腔颌面外科教学中的作用。教学结束后对两组学生的理论及操作成绩进行测试,并通过问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果表明PBL教学模式有助于培养学生综合分析和解决实际问题的能力,培养自主学习的能力和素质,与现代信息社会对人才培养的要求基本一致,具有其先进性、科学性。
Problem-based learning(PBL)teaching is a problem-based,student-centered and teacher-led teaching mode that can advocate students’independent learning.The study aims to investigate the effect of PBL teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching.Forty students of stomatology in Shanghai Jiao Tong University are randomly divided into PBL teaching group(n=20)and traditional teaching group(n=20).After the teaching,the theoretical and operational results of the two groups of students are tested,and the teaching effect is evaluated by questionnaire survey.The results show that the scores of students in PBL teaching group are higher than that in traditional teaching group(P<0.05).In addition,the results show that the PBL teaching mode is better in cultivating students’ability to analyze and solve problems and in improving the ability and quality of autonomous learning.Above all,PBL teaching mode can improve the teaching quality in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching and it is conducive to cultivating the ability of students’self-study and lifelong study.
