As an indispensable and fast consumable in people’s life,the quality and safety of agricultural products and foods has always been one of the focus issues of the whole society.Whether in the process of agricultural products,food production,storage,transportation or sales,laboratory testing is the most commonly used and intuitive method to solve potential quality and safety problems in time.By analyzing several key factors affecting the accuracy of agricultural products and foods quality and safety testing,this paper puts forward several effective ways to improve the accuracy of agricultural products and foods quality and safety testing results,in order to put forward some feasible improvement schemes and ideas for agricultural products and foods quality and safety testing departments and practitioners.
