论标准化对高校食品安全监督管理的重要作用

On the Important Role of Standardization in the Supervision and Management of Food Safety in Colleges and Universities

近年来,无论是社会面的食品安全还是校园的食品安全都越来越受到人们的重视,校园食品安全因其自身的垄断特性,相比其他餐饮行业监管更有难度。要想从根本上落实食品安全,保证广大师生的身体健康,需有一套行之有效的标准化管理模式以及配套、有效的安全监督管理体系,本文阐述了高校学生食堂现状,分析了构建高校食堂体系标准化管理的路径和标准化对高校食品安全监督管理的重要作用,以提升高校餐饮安全水平。

In recent years,both social food safety and campus food safety have attracted more and more attention.Because of its monopoly characteristics,campus food safety is more difficult to supervise than other catering industries.In order to fundamentally implement food safety and ensure the health of teachers and students,there must be a set of effective standardized management mode and supporting and effective safety supervision and management system.This paper expounds the current situation of college student canteens,analyzes the path of constructing standardized management of college canteen system and the important role of standardization in college food safety supervision and management,so as to improve the level of college food safety.
