摘要
近年来,随着人们生活质量的逐步提高,公共卫生问题和食品安全监测越来越受到人们的关注。我国的卫生和食品安全形势正逐步走向规范,但食品卫生安全监督管理还面临一定的困难。基于此,本文分析了当前食品卫生安全监管的现状和其中存在的问题,提出了提高食品安全质量和食品安全监管水平的措施,以保障食品安全。
In recent years,with the gradual improvement of people’s quality of life,public health issues and food safety monitoring have attracted more and more attention.China’s health and food safety situation is gradually moving towards standardization,but the supervision and management of food health and safety still faces certain difficulties.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of food hygiene and safety supervision,and puts forward measures to improve food safety quality and food safety supervision level to ensure food safety.
