摘要
近年来,我国食品质量安全问题频发,对社会发展造成了不良的影响,同时也受到了社会各界的广泛关注。因此,要找出食品质量安全问题出现的根本原因,实施合理的管理措施,以达到社会稳定、经济可持续发展的目的。同时,对于诸多不确定因素要做好预防工作,保障食品质量安全,避免其造成不利影响。本文简要分析了当前食品质量安全存在的问题和对应的科学管理措施,以提升我国食品质量安全水平。
In recent years,food quality and safety problems have occurred frequently in China,which has had a negative impact on social development,and has also been widely concerned by all walks of life.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the root causes of food quality and safety problems and implement reasonable management measures to achieve social stability and sustainable economic development.At the same time,many uncertain factors should be prevented to ensure food quality and safety and avoid adverse effects.This paper briefly analyzes the current problems of food quality and safety and the corresponding scientific management measures to improve the level of food quality and safety in China.
