食品安全快速检测技术在食品安全监督中的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Food Safety Rapid Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision

要做好食品安全的监管,必须依靠技术支持,而快速检测技术可以实现对食品安全的迅速排查和监管的前移,提高监管工作的效能。目前,食品安全快速检测技术在我国食品安全管理中得到了越来越多的运用,但由于快速检测技术自身的不足、监管工作人员专业性不强、认识不足等原因,该项技术在基层食品安全监督过程中发挥的作用不够明显。因此,本文在分析我国目前食品安全监督管理中的实际情况及问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策,希望能为未来快速检测技术在食品安全监管工作中更好地发挥其功能提供有益的借鉴。

To do a good job in food safety supervision,we must rely on technical support,and rapid detection technology can realize the rapid screening of food safety and the advancement of supervision,so as to improve the efficiency of supervision.At present,the rapid detection technology of food safety has been used more and more in China’s food safety management.However,due to the lack of rapid detection technology itself,the lack of professionalism of regulatory staff,lack of understanding and other reasons,the role of this technology in the grassroots food safety supervision process is not obvious.Therefore,based on the analysis of the actual situation and problems in China’s current food safety supervision and management,some optimization suggestions are given,hoping to provide useful reference for the future rapid detection technology to better play its role in food safety supervision.
