摘要 果蔬农产品作为人们生活所需的必备产品之一,其质量安全问题一直是人们的关注的重点,保证果蔬类农产品的质量和安全是关乎民生的重大课题。本文对果蔬类农产品从生产到销售的环节和流程中可能存在的质量安全问题进行分析,旨在进一步提升果蔬类农产品的质量安全,保障人们身体健康安全的同时,稳定果蔬市场,促进社会和谐。 As one of the necessary products for people’s life,the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable agricultural products has always been the focus of attention.Ensuring the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable agricultural products is a major issue related to people’s livelihood.This paper analyzes the possible quality and safety problems in the links and processes from production to sales of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,in order to further improve the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,ensure people’s health and safety,stabilize the fruit and vegetable market,and promote social harmony.
