As one of the necessary products for people’s life,the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable agricultural products has always been the focus of attention.Ensuring the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable agricultural products is a major issue related to people’s livelihood.This paper analyzes the possible quality and safety problems in the links and processes from production to sales of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,in order to further improve the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,ensure people’s health and safety,stabilize the fruit and vegetable market,and promote social harmony.
