摘要
茶叶品质受茶叶中茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱等物质含量的影响。本文以贵州盘县某镇所产的绿茶作为分析对象,与同样产于贵州的绿茶水城春作对比,采用分光光度法测定清明前后该样品及清明后水城春氨基酸和茶多酚的的含量。结果显示,清明前采摘的样品氨基酸含量为65.89%,茶多酚含量为13.83%;清明后样品氨基酸含量为46.19%,茶多酚含量为10.76%。数据表明该样品清明前采摘价值更高。
Tea quality is influenced by the contents of tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine.In this paper,the green tea produced in a town of Panxian county,Guizhou province was used as the analysis object,compared with the Shuichengchun green tea produced in Guizhou province.The contents of amino acids and tea polyphenols in this sample before and after the Pure Brightness Festival and Shuichengchun after the Pure Brightness Festival were determined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that the amino acid content and tea polyphenols content of the samples collected before the Pure Brightness Festival were 65.89%and 13.83%,respectively;the amino acid content and tea polyphenols content of the samples collected after the Pure Brightness Festival were 46.19%and 10.76%.The data showed that this sample was more valuable for picking before the Pure Brightness Festival.
