摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定食用植物油中TBHQ、BHA和BHT含量。试样采用正己烷饱和的乙腈溶液提取,C_(18)固相萃取柱净化,经C_(18)色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明,3种抗氧化剂在各自浓度范围内线性良好,定量限均为4 mg/kg,加标回收率在89.81%~109.50%,RSD为0.12%~4.36%,可用于食用植物油中3种抗氧化剂的定量检测。
The HPLC method for the determination of TBHQ,BHA and BHT in edible vegetable oil was established.The sample was extracted with n-hexane saturated acetonitrile solution,purified by C_(18) solid phase extraction column,separated by C_(18) chromatographic column and determined by diode array detector.The results showed that the three antioxidants had good linearity in their respective concentration range,the quantitative limit was 4 mg/kg,the recovery was in the range of 89.81%~109.50%,and the RSD was 0.12%~4.36%,it can be used for the quantitative detection of three antioxidants in edible vegetable oil.
