高效液相色谱法在食品添加剂检验中的应用简析

随着人们生活水平的提高,“舌尖上的安全”已成为人们日常生活中关注的焦点。在各种食品安全问题中,食品添加剂的滥用是导致食品安全问题产生的重要原因之一。食品添加剂项目是食品抽检工作的重点内容,食品检验工作的科学性、准确性、效率性与食品安全的监管与保障有直接的关系。在食品添加剂的众多检验方法中,高效液相色谱法因其分离速度快、分离效能高、检验灵敏度高以及适用范围广和自动化方面的优势成为食品添加剂检验最常用的一种方法,此法大大提高了检验工作的效率性和准确性。本文主要分析高效液相色谱法在食品添加剂检验中的应用。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,“safety on the tip of the tongue”has become the focus of people’s daily life.Among all kinds of food safety problems,the abuse of food additives is one of the important reasons leading to food safety problems.Food additive project is the key content of food sampling inspection.The scientificity,accuracy and efficiency of food inspection are directly related to the supervision and guarantee of food safety.Among the numerous inspection methods for food additives,high performance liquid chromatography has become the most commonly used method for the inspection of food additives because of its advantages of fast separation speed,high separation efficiency,high inspection sensitivity,wide application range and automation.This method greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the inspection work.This paper mainly analyzes the application of high performance liquid chromatography in the inspection of food additives.
