森林消防泵灭火体系及便携式四级消防泵研制

Development of Forest Fire Pump Fire Extinguishing System and Portable Four-stage Fire Pump

对国内现有森林消防泵设备特点及应用方式进行了介绍;针对森林消防特点提出便携式四级消防泵研发。新开发的便携式四级森林消防泵泵体与发动机采用分体快速组装结构,分体状态下分散了消防泵整体重量,便于林区作业人工携带,扑救现场能够快速组装发挥林火扑救效能;分体式结构能够根据人工携带能力将发动机功率最大化设计。所开发的分体式便携式四级森林消防泵具有结构简洁、操作方便、扬程高、流量大、便于携带等特点,能够更好地满足森林灭火的需要,是国内森林消防泵灭火体系设备的重要补充。

In this paper,the characteristics and application methods of domestic existing forest fire pump equipment were introduced;according to the characteristics of forest fire protection,the research and development of portable four-stage fire pumps were proposed.The newly developed portable four-stage forest fire pump body and engine adopt a split-type rapid assembly structure,realizing a split state to disperse the overall weight of the fire pump,which is convenient for being in an artificial forest area,and can be quickly assembled on the fire scene to give full play to the fire fighting efficiency;the split structure can be designed to maximize engine power based on human carrying capacity.The developed split-type portable four-stage forest fire pump,featuring a simple structure,convenient operation,high lift,large flow,and easy portability,able to better meet the needs of forest fire fighting,is an important supplement to domestic forest fire pump fire extinguishing system equipment.
