摘要
利用等离子喷涂技术制备出具有尖晶石结构的Fe-Al_(2)O_(3)-FeAl_(2)O_(4)复合涂层。通过XRD和扫描电镜对该涂层的物相组成、结构进行研究,并对该涂层进行摩擦磨损实验。结果表明:Ni/Al的添加量为5%时,复合涂层综合力学性能最优,其磨损机理为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。
The Fe-Al_(2)O_(3)-FeAl_(2)O_(4) composite coating with spinel structure is prepared by plasma spraying technique.The phase composition and structure of the coating are studied by scanning electron microscopy,and the coating is subjected to friction and wear experiments.The results show that the composite mechanical properties are optimal when the addition amount of Ni/Al is 5%,and the wear mechanism is abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
