阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取96例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组48例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组采用阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、症状改善时间及炎性因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组的60.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.08%,明显低于对照组的14.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组下腹不适、尿痛、尿急改善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白细胞介素-4(IL-4),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎疗效显著,不良反应少,且可有效减轻炎症,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis.Methods 96 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the study group was treated with azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,symptom improvement time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.08%,which was significantly lower than 14.58% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal discomfort,urination pain and urination urgency in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.O5).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with vaginal suppositories in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis is effective,less adverse reactions,and can effectively reduce inflammation,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
