克罗米芬联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对ES、MMP-9、VEGF的影响分析

Clinical efficacy of clomiphene combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on ES,MMP-9 and VEGF

目的分析克罗米芬联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对血清内皮抑素(ES)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选取82例多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照住院号末尾奇偶法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组41例。试验组采用克罗米芬联合达英-35治疗,对照组采用克罗米芬治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平与ES、MMP-9及VEGF水平。结果试验组总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH及E_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清ES、VEGF及MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清ES、VEGF、MMP-9水平均低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克罗米芬联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,可以调节性激素水平,降低血清ES、VEGF及MMP-9水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of clomiphene combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets(Diane-35)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on serum endostatin(ES),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods 82 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into experimental group and control group according to the parity method at the end of hospitalization number,with 41 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with clomiphene combined with Diane-35,and the control group was treated with clomiphene.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,ES,MMP-9 and VEGF levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(78.05%),the difTerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of follicle stimulating honnone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2) in 2 groups were lower than before,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of ES,VEGF and MMP-9 between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum ES,VEGF and MMP-9 in 2 groups were lower than before,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined with Diane-35 has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which can regulate the level of sex homiones and reduce the levels of ES,VEGF and MMP-9 in serum,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
