低频小剂量雌激素联合坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的效果

Effect of low frequency and low dose estrogen combined with Kuntai Capsule on perimenopausal syndrome

目的探讨低频小剂量雌激素联合坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选取84例围绝经期综合征患者,依据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组42例。对照组采用低频小剂量雌激素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后性激素水平、临床症状积分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌激素(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LH、FSH水平低于治疗前,E_(2)水平高于治疗前,且研究组LH、FSH水平低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3个月,两组临床症状积分明显低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率97.62%,明显高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频小剂量雌激素联合坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征患者疗效确切,可改善性激素水平,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low-frequency and low-dose estrogen combined with Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 84 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-frequency and low-dose estrogen,and the study group was treated with Kuntai Capsule on the basis of the control group.The levels of sex hormones,clinical symptom scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difierences in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estrogen(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the LH and FSH levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the E_(2) level was higher than before treatment,and the LH and FSH levels of the research group were lower than the control group,and the E_(2) level was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency low-dose estrogen combined with Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is effective.It can improve the level of sex hormones and alleviate clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
