混凝土拌合站骨料输送系统设计及操作方法研究

摘要 混凝土拌合在具体施工中容易受到多种因素的影响,常存在骨料传送效率低下、加水量控制准确度较低等问题,影响了施工效率,降低了建筑工程的施工质量。基于混凝土拌合站骨料输送过程中的难点问题,进行技术创新,形成了一套较为完善的混凝土拌合站骨料输送系统设计及操作方法技术,并对该技术的工艺原理、施工工艺流程和关键技术要点进行了系统分析,阐明了研究技术的工程适用性和工程应用价值。 Concrete mixing is susceptible to many factors in the concrete construction.There are often problems such as low aggregate conveying efficiency and low water addition control accuracy,which affects the construction efficiency and reduces the construction quality of the construction project.Based on the difficult problems in the aggregate conveying process of the concrete mixing station,this article carried out technological innovation and formed a relatively complete set of concrete mixing station aggregate conveying system design and operation method technology,and the technological principle and construction technology of the technology.The process and key technical points are systematically analyzed,and the engineering applicability and engineering application value of the research technology are clarified.
