By analyzing the current situation of the development of green transportation,Shanxi Province,combined with the development of green transportation characteristics of green transportation theory related to the connotation,essence and implementation ways,as well as industrial solid waste utilization in Shanxi Province in-depth interpretation,determines the evaluation main content of green transport,puts forward the evaluation index system of green traffic to build the theoretical foundation and basis of work and so on.
