学科建设始终是医院发展的重中之重。当前专科医院面临着专科实力不足、学科建设相对薄弱、难以在专科化道路上占据制高点和主动权等现实挑战,制约了医院的高质量发展。以某三级妇幼专科医院学科建设为例,分析了学科建设起步阶段面临的问题,介绍了在推进学科建设过程中所采取的主要措施和取得的主要成效,探讨了促进妇幼专科医院学科建设的对策,以提升专科医院学科建设的科学化、实效化管理水平。

Discipline construction has always been the top priority of hospital development.At present,specialized hospitals are faced with several challenges such as low capacity,weak discipline construction,and low competitiveness in the hospital specialization,which restrict the high-quality development of hospitals.This article analyzes the problems in the initial stage of discipline construction,and introduces the countermeasures and achievements in discipline construction in our hospital,in an attempt to improve the scientific and practical management of discipline construction in tertiary maternal and child healthcare hospitals.
