摘要 双高背景下深化产教融合,优化人才培养模式。提升职业院校学生培养成效,是职业院校发展的有效模式。以学生岗前实践能力提升为出发点,在分析基于校企合作的订单式、现代学徒制人才培养模式的优缺点的前提下,分析“企业技师训练班”创新型人才培养模式内涵,从而为有效提升学生岗前实践能力,提出实施策略建议。 Deepening the integration of industry and education under the background of “double high”, optimizing the talent training model and improving the effectiveness of student training in vocational colleges are effective models for the development of vocational colleges. This paper takes the improvement of students’ pre-job practical ability as the starting point, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the order-based and modern apprenticeship talent training model based on school-enterprise cooperation, analyzes the connotation of the innovative talent training model of the “Enterprise Technician Training Class”, so as to effectively improve students’ pre-job practical ability and put forward implementation strategy suggestions.
