摘要 伴随“一带一路”倡议的提出,中国与沿线国家的联系愈发紧密。乌克兰高度重视艺术,中国赴乌人员的逐年递增,为中国书画艺术在乌克兰的传播提供了可行性。在传播过程中,通过依靠留学生群体,拓展文化的传播途径;发挥孔子的学院优势,丰富文化传播内容;结合新媒体技术,创新文化的传播方式等,促进海外侨胞的文化的认同感与归属感;有效拓展中国文化产业的海外市场;进一步弘扬中华优秀传统文化,向世界讲述中国故事。 With the proposal of the “Belt and Road” initiative, China has become more and more connected with countries along the route. Ukraine attaches great importance to art, and the number of people going to Ukraine is increasing year by year, which provides feasibility for the spread of Chinese painting and calligraphy art in Ukraine. In the process of dissemination, Chinese calligraphy and painting art needs to rely on the group of international students to expand the channels of cultural dissemination;give full play to the advantages of Confucius Institutes to enrich the content of cultural dissemination;combine new media technology to innovate the way of cultural dissemination. Only in this way can we promote the cultural identity and sense of belonging of overseas Chinese;effectively expand the overseas market of China’s cultural industry;further promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and tell Chinese stories to the world.
