举阳固肾汤辅治产后压力性尿失禁疗效观察

目的:观察举阳固肾汤剂辅治产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)的效果。方法:86例随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。两组均给予常规干预,另用生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组加用举阳固肾汤剂治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),VSP、阴道收缩持续时间、阴道收缩肌电值、VRP观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05),ICI-Q-SF量表评分、漏尿量观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:举阳固肾汤剂辅治产后SUI能提高临床疗效,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Juyang Gushen Decoction on postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI). Methods: Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine intervention and biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the observation group were additionally given Juyang Gushen Decoction. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). VSP, duration of vaginal contraction, EMG value of vaginal contraction, and VRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the amount of ICI-Q-SF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Table scores and urine leakage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Juyang Gushen Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of postpartum SUI without increasing adverse reactions.
