中医手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效观察

目的:观察中医手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:82例随机分为两组各41例,对照组用切开复位内固定,观察组用中医手法复位小夹板外固定。结果:观察组肿胀消除时间、疼痛缓解时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组腕关节活动度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折可使腕关节快速恢复,且并发症较少。

Objective:To observe the effect of TCM manual reduction and small splint fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods: Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation while the observation group were treated with TCM manipulation and small splint external fixation. Results: The swelling elimination time, pain relief time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The wrist joint mobility in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM manual reduction and small splint fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures can make the wrist joint recover quickly, with less complications.
