含氯化钠三元复合驱体系对井下工具的腐蚀性分析和防腐涂层的选择

摘要 为测试以氯化钠替代碳酸钠的弱碱三元复合驱体系的腐蚀性,并选择合适的防腐材料,本次试验选择了七种井下工具和四种防腐材料进行驱替方案的加速老化试验。实验结果显示在七种井下工具材料中井口铸铁的耐腐蚀性低于其他材料,镀铬柱塞试件耐腐蚀性表现更为优异;防腐材料中ACME聚合物涂层材料表现最好,颜色、附着力、冲击强度等各项指标在试验前后几乎无变化,激光熔覆涂层表现最差,鼓泡、脱落现象严重。 In order to test the corrosivity of weak alkali ASP flooding system with sodium chloride instead of sodium carbonate and select appropriate anti-corrosion materials,seven downhole tools and four anti-corrosion materials are selected for accelerated aging test of displacement scheme.The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of wellhead cast iron is lower than that of other materials,and the corrosion resistance of chromium plated plunger specimen is better;Among the anti-corrosion materials,ACME polymer coating material performs best,and the color,adhesion,impact strength and other indicators have almost no change before and after the test.The laser cladding coating performs worst,with serious bubbling and falling off.
