摘要
腐蚀是造成原油集输管破损、断裂的主要风险因素,管线防腐蚀是提高油田集输管线使用安全、使用寿命的重要手段。课题研究由此出发,对造成埋地集输管线腐蚀的原因进行研究分析,并详细论述现行使用的缓蚀剂、内防腐层、外防腐层、阴极保护、非金属管道技术的优缺点以及适用情况,从技术原理角度阐述了不同防腐技术在防腐工程中的适用性以及应用价值。
Corrosion is the main risk factor causing the damage and fracture of crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline.Pipeline corrosion prevention is an important means to improve the safety and service life of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline.From this point of view,this paper studies and analyzes the causes of corrosion of buried gathering and transmission pipelines,discusses in detail the advantages,disadvantages and application of the current corrosion inhibitors,internal anti-corrosion coatings,external anti-corrosion coatings,cathodic protection and non-metallic pipeline technologies,and expounds the applicability and application value of different anti-corrosion technologies in anti-corrosion engineering from the perspective of technical principles.
