黄土塬地区集输管道内腐蚀检测方法探讨

黄土塬地区,油田集输管道运输介质主要为含水原油,内腐蚀较严重。集输管道管径小、长度较短、无收发球筒装置等特点,大部分管道无法进行漏磁等方法内检测。怎样应用合适的管道检测及管理技术,找到管道薄弱位置,预防管道泄露是黄土地区集输管道安全管理的重要工作。本文通过研究黄土塬上管道内液体成分及腐蚀规律,采用合适的检测方案,确定管道薄弱地段,采取一定的措施,预防管道泄露,保障油田管道安全。

Loess plateau area,the transportation medium of oil field gathering pipeline is mainly water cut oil,and pipelines internal corrosionn is seriously.Because of the characteristics of small diameter,short length and no receiver,most pipelines can not be detected by magnetic flux leakage.How to use the appropriate pipeline detection and management technology to find the weak point of the pipeline and prevent the pipeline leakage is an important work of the safety management of the gathering pipeline in the loess area.In this paper,through the study of the liquid composition and corrosion principles in the pipeline on the Loess Plateau,the appropriate detection scheme is adopted to determine the weak section of the pipeline,and some measures are taken to prevent the pipeline leakage and ensure the safety of the oil field pipeline.ct:Pitting corrosion is found to the BFR chemical pipe of some plant during the production process.and then,cracking occur in the process of welding repair.Through the corrosion environment,corrosion morphology and material analysis,we reach the pipe failure causes;make some specific suggestions to prevent similar incidents failure.
