三院协同:高校创新创业教育新范式

当前,学院与书院双院融合已经成为高校发展的重要趋势。文章在双院融合的基础上,引入创业学院,提出三院协同的概念,为高校创新创业教育提供新的视角。三院协同作为高校创新创业教育新范式,在强化教育的创新创业导向、实现全校创新创业教育资源整合、拓展社会资源渠道等方面具有积极意义。实现三院协同,要求创业学院、学院与书院在目标、资源、活动与考核等方面实现融合,要统一创新创业人才培养目标、发挥各主体资源优势、实现多元主体联合育人与建立统一创新创业人才培养评估模式。高校可以成立创新创业工作领导小组、建立教师考核制度与学生激励制度、整合创新创业师资资源,为三院协同提供组织、制度与师资保障。

At present,the integration of colleges and academies has become an important trend in the development of universities.Based on the integration of the two colleges,this paper introduces the entrepreneurship college and puts forward the concept of trilateral collaboration,which provides a new perspective for innovation and entrepreneurship education in the universities.As a new paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the universities,trilateral collaboration plays a positive role in strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship orientation of education,realizing the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in the whole university and expanding social resource channels.The realization of the collaboration of the three colleges requires the integration of objectives,resources,activities and assessment,including unifying the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,playing the resource advantages of each subject,realizing the joint education of multiple subjects and establishing a unified training evaluation model for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The universities can set up leading groups for innovation and entrepreneurship work,establish assessment system of teachers and students and integrate resources of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher so as to provide organizational,institutional and teacher guarantee for the cooperation of the three colleges.
