理工类“大创项目”质量提升路径研究

为培养创新创业型人才、提升人才国际竞争力,国家推出了大学生创新创业训练计划项目(以下简称“大创项目”),以期通过开展双创实践实现高质量人才培育目标。为此,文章从理工类大学生维度出发并结合相关理论,指出高校理工类“大创项目”实际操作环节面临的诸多问题,具体包括不同项目类别比例失衡、结项率偏低、研究成果质量不高、研究经费报帐困难、成果孵化率和商业化程度偏低等内容。为了全方位提升“大创项目”质量,建议选择提供强有力的实践平台、强化项目过程管理、吸收优质生源、开拓经费筹集渠道、提升项目孵化率和商业化水平等路径。

In order to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents and enhance the international competitiveness of talents,the state has launched a college student innovation and entrepreneurship training program(hereinafter referred to as the"Dachuang Project"),with a view to achieving the goal of cultivating high-quality talents through the implementation of innovative and entrepreneurial practices.Therefore,from the perspective of science and engineering college students and combined with relevant theories,this paper points out many problems in the practical operation of"Dachuang Project"incolleges and universities,it includes the imbalance of the proportion of different project categories,the low completion rate,the low quality of research results,the difficulty in reporting research funds,the low incubation rate of results and the low degree of commercialization,etc..In order to improve the quality of"Dachuang Project"in an all-round way,it is suggested to provide a strong practice platform,strengthen the project process management,absorb high-quality students,open up funding channels,and improve the project incubation rate and commercialization level.
