新工科产学研深度融合的毕业设计模式研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对高校工科专业毕业设计的现状与存在的问题,在新工科建设与发展大背景下,根据深圳大学机电与控制工程学院持续进行多年的全面融入工程环境的人才培养实践经验,采用产学研深度融合模式对毕业设计形式与内容进行探索和改革。以产学研合作模式进行毕业设计选题,密切校企联系,积极开辟毕业设计的新渠道,充分利用校内外教育资源,形成人才培养合力,发挥产学研优势强化毕业设计实践,促进工科毕业生实践与创新能力的培养。 This study is based on the current situation and existing problems of the graduation project of engineering major in colleges and universities,the background of the construction and development of emerging engineering education and the practical experience of many years'continuous talent training integrated into the engineering environment in the college of Mechatronics and Control Engineering of Shenzhen University.The form and content of the graduation project are explored and reformed by adopting the mode of deep integration of Industry-University-Research.A good way to promote the cultivation of practice and innovation ability of engineering graduates is to choose the topic of graduation project based on the mode of industry-university-research cooperation,close the relationship between schools and enterprises,actively open up new channels for graduation project,make full use of the educational resources inside and outside the school,form the joint force of talent cultivation,give full play to the advantages of industry-university-research,and strengthen the practice of graduation project.
