摘要
文章适应智慧管道建设发展需求,分析当前油气储运工程专业人才培养模式存在的问题。基于工程教育认证标准、OBE理念、卓越工程师培养计划等,改革现有专业课程体系、校企合作模式,重构“知识+能力+素质”三位一体的人才素质结构,打造“一中心四方向四模块”的课程体系,构建“3+0.5+0.5”校企协同育人模式和“学-赛-研-练-创”的全过程油气储运专业人才培养模式,有效解决现有人才培养与智慧管道行业发展需求匹配度低的问题。
In order to meet the development needs of smart pipeline construction,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training mode of oil and gas storage and transportation engineering.Based on the engineering education certification standards,OBE concept,excellent engineer training plan and other concepts,it reforms the existing professional curriculum system and school-enterprise cooperation mode.The three-in-one talent quality structure of"knowledge+ability+quality"has been reconstructed.The course system of"one center,four directions and four modules"has been created.The"3+0.5+0.5"school-enterprise cooperative education mode and the whole-process talent training mode of"learning-competition,research-practice-innovation"for oil and gas storage and transportation majors have been constructed.It effectively solves the problem of low matching degree between the existing talent training and the development needs of the smart pipeline industry.
