数据逐渐成为社会发展的重要资源,而图书馆拥有大量数据,直接影响着数据价值的有效释放。文章在分析《中华人民共和国数据安全法》和《信息技术服务治理第5部分:数据治理规范》的基础上,对图书馆数据治理内涵、要素、模型与规范进行分析,并结合国内外数据治理理论与经验,提出“十四五”时期图书馆的数据治理路径。

Data has gradually become an important resource for social development.Library has a large amount of data,which directly affects the effective release of data value.Based on the analysis of the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Information Technology Service Governance Part 5:Data Governance Norms,the article analyzes library data management connotation,elements,model and specification,and combined with data management theory and experience at home and abroad,and also puts forward the 14th Five-Year Period of library data governance path.
