《1949年以来中国家谱总目》是一项由上海图书馆申报的2018年度国家社会科学基金重大项目,其性质为中国新修家谱的联合目录,拟对收藏于各公藏机构和私人收藏者处的自1949年以来纂修的中国家谱进行收集、整理与编目,其最终成果为开放型的基于数字人文技术的家谱服务平台和一部家谱联合目录。文章拟着重围绕此项目的著录规则特点与其编纂意义展开论述。

The General Catalogue of Chinese Pedigrees Since 1949 is a national social science fund major project declared by Shanghai library in 2018,the nature of which is a new pedigrees joint catalogue of China.It is set to collect,sort and catalogue Chinese pedigrees since 1949 collected by the public institutions and private collectors.The final result is to build an open pedigrees service platform based on digital humanities technology and a genealogy joint catalogue.The article will discuss focusing on the characteristics of the recording rules and the significance of the compilation.
