松材线虫病疫木伐桩剥皮处理对褐梗天牛发生的影响 被引量:2

摘要 褐梗天牛是松树上一种重要的钻蛀性害虫。调查发现在松材线虫病发生松林中褐梗天牛的发生数量急剧增加,严重加剧了松树的死亡。本研究调查了松材线虫病疫区内黑松树干和伐桩上褐梗天牛幼虫的空间分布位置,以及开展了疫木伐桩剥皮处理明确伐桩剥皮处理对褐梗天牛的防控效果。结果显示:褐梗天牛幼虫在黑松衰弱立木上主要分布在树干0~1 m和3~4 m的位置,在枯死黑松树上主要分布在地下树根和树干0~2 m位置。褐梗天牛幼虫随着疫木衰弱程度的增加表现出不同的空间分布特征,砍伐初期主要集中在伐桩地面以上的0~5 cm的位置,翌年后主要分布在伐桩南向和东向的树根上;另外,伐桩剥皮处理可有效的减少褐梗天牛的发生数量,剥皮处理的每个伐桩上褐梗天牛幼虫数量为4.26±2.51头,未剥皮处理的为62.15±8.29头。 Arhopalus rusticus is an important borer on pine trees.The investigation found that the number of A.rusticus increased sharply in the pine forest,which seriously exacerbated the death of pine trees.The spatial distribution of A.rusticus larvae in the trunks and stumps of diseased Pinus thunbergii was investigated,and the peeling treatment to diseased stumps was carried out to clarify the control effect of peeling treatment on A.rusticus.The results showed that A.rusticus larvae are mainly distributed at the height of 0-1m and 3-4m of the trunks on weak black pine trees,and in the roots and the height of 0-2m of the trunks on dead black pine trees.With the increase of the weakening degree of diseased stumps,A.rusticus larvae showed different spatial distribution characteristics.A.rusticus larvae mainly concentrated at the height of 0-5cm above the ground of the stumps,and in the roots of the stumps in the South and East after the next year.In addition,the peeling treatment to diseased stumps of Pine wood nematode can effectively reduce the number of A.rusticus.The number of A.rusticus larvae is 4.26±2.51 with peeling treatment,and 62.15±8.29 without peeling treatment.
