乳双歧杆菌XLTG11对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究乳双歧杆菌XLTG11对环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)致免疫低下模型小鼠免疫功能的影响,将BALB/c小鼠随机分7组,每组8只,空白组和环磷酰胺组小鼠灌服等体积的生理盐水,盐酸左旋咪唑组小鼠灌服盐酸左旋咪唑(10 mg/kg),乳双歧杆菌XLTG11(2.5×10^(6)、2.5×10^(7)、2.5×10^(8)和2.5×10^(9) CFU/mL组)分别灌服不同浓度乳双歧杆菌XLTG11,连续灌服28 d。第23天开始除空白组外,其余6组小鼠腹腔注射CTX(40 mg/kg),连续2 d。第28天,测定各组小鼠白细胞数和血清溶血素含量,流式细胞术检测各组小鼠脾淋巴细胞亚群百分比。结果显示,与空白组比较,CTX组小鼠白细胞数和血清半数溶血值(HC_(50))、脾淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、CD19^(+)、CD4^(+)CD8^(-)和CD4^(-)CD8^(+)百分比显著降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,乳双歧杆菌XLTG11各剂量组小鼠的HC_(50)值,以及脾淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)CD8^(-)和CD4^(-)CD8^(+)百分比明显升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,乳双歧杆菌XLTG11具有增强免疫作用。 To study the effects of Bifidobacterium lactis XLTG11 on immune function of cyclophosphamide(CTX)induced immunosuppressed mice.BALB/c mice were randomly divided into seven groups(eight mice per group).Blank group and CTX group mice were given the same volume of saline water,and mice in levamisole hydrochloride group was administered 10 mg/kg levamisole hydrochloride.Mice in different groups received 2.5×10^(6),2.5×10^(7),2.5×10^(8) or 2.5×10^(9) CFU/mL B.lactis XLTG11 respectively.All mice were orally given once a day for 28 consecutive days.On 23^(rd) day of administration,mice were intraperitoneally injected with 40 mg/kg CTX for two consecutive days,except for mice in the blank control group.On 28^(th) day,the total white blood cell count and serum hemolysin level in seven groups of mice were observed.Meanwhile,the percentages of spleen lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry.The results showed that compare with blank group,CXT group had decreased white blood cell count,serum half hemolysis value(HC_(50)),percentage of CD3^(+),CD19^(+),CD4^(+)CD8^(-)and CD4^(-)CD8^(+) in spleen lymphocytes(P<0.05).XLTG11 administration significantly increased HC_(50) value and enhanced the percentage of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)CD8^(-)and CD4^(-)CD8^(+) in spleen lymphocytes in a dose dependent manner compared with CXT group(P<0.05).In summary,B.lactis XLTG11 can strengthen immune function.
